Who we are
The data controller is Pied Piper Solutions s.r.o., ID 17795494, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 375343, with registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodulky, 155 00 Prague, Czech Republic. We operate stret.ai, an AI-powered CRM for real estate agents. What data we process
We process three categories of data: Waitlist: When you sign up for the waitlist, we store your email address and registration date. Contact form: When you send us a message, we store your name, email, subject, and message text. Analytics: Using Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager), we collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location. Without your consent, we only collect anonymous pings with no cookies. After you grant consent, analytics cookies are activated and more detailed data is collected.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data under the following legal bases per GDPR Art. 6: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): waitlist registration, analytics cookies. Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): anonymous analytics for website improvement, security. Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): providing the service (upon product launch). Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): accounting and tax obligations.
Who we share data with
We only share data with service providers who need it to operate the website: Google LLC: Analytics, Tag Manager, Sheets (form data storage). Vercel Inc.: website hosting. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
International data transfers
Google and Vercel may process data outside the EU/EEA. Transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
How long we keep your data
Waitlist emails: until product launch + 6 months, then deleted. Contact form messages: 2 years. Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default). Cookie consent preferences: 6 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection to processing (Art. 21). You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office for Personal Data Protection (UOOU), Pplk. Sochora 727/27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.cz. Data security
The website is secured with HTTPS encryption. Access to data is limited to authorized persons. We conduct regular security reviews.
Children and minors
Our service is not intended for persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
